Parent/Athlete Meetings The following meetings for parents and athletes will be March 6, in Hettinger: track and field - 5:30, golf - 6:00, and baseball - 6:00.

The Hettinger-Scranton Nighthawks are looking for a boys golf coach for this upcoming season. Applications can be found at https://www.hettinger.k12.nd.us/jobs. This is a paid position. Parent/Teacher Conferences Are tonight from 3:30-8:30. Elementary conferences are scheduled, and high school parents will meet with teachers in the classrooms. Pre-school conferences will be in the ITV room. Also tonight, is a parent meeting at 6:00 in the lunchroom. Topic is North Dakota State Scholarship.
Acalympics The following students are competing at the Acalympics in Beach today starting at noon: Caden, Aidyn, Colt, Zander, and Tripp. Good luck to our Acalympics team!

Wrestling Good luck to our state wrestlers as the head to Fargo!
Clay Target League Grades 6-12 students can sign up in the office for the Clay Target League. Hunter Safety completion is required.
National FFA Week "Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve".
Scranton Public School is starting on time today. Once again those traveling make sure to have winter dress. Busses may run late at times but they will be making their runs. Hopefully last super cold day of the school year!
Clay Target League
Students in grades 6-12 interested in participating in the Clay Target League, sign up in the school office by March 20. You have to have had Hunter's Safety. If you have any questions, contact Gary Symanowski at 523-2286. This is not a school sponsored activity.

No School There is no school Monday in observance of President's Day.
Basketball! The B and A boys play in Harding County tonight starting at 5:30. The bus leaves at 3:30. Tomorrow, the varsity girls play R/T in the district tournament in New England at 3:30. The bus leaves at 1:15 to meet at 1:30 at the junction. The district tournament continues Monday. Good luck to all our teams!
