Math Meet Grades 4-8 math meet today in Fairfield. Buses will load at 10:00 am and parents are welcome to attend the awards at 1:50 pm. Bus should be back to Scranton at about 4:00 pm. Good luck to all our mathletes!

April 22nd is the day, aluminum can donations will be taken to ABLE to support the recognition of Earth Day. 1st graders will be sporting their T-shirts to celebrate as well.

A group of Scranton students attended National History Day in Bismarck on April 16th. The following students qualified to participate in National History Day, held June 8-12 at the University of Maryland, College Park (just a few miles outside of Washington, D.C.): Will, Alyvia, Tessla, Palmer, and Sawyer. Jace, Porter and Bentley are alternates. Congratulations students and teachers on a job well done!
IXL Challenge Update - First Grade Shines!
We've double-checked the numbers, and we have an exciting update to share for this week's IXL Challenge! After reviewing the data, we're thrilled to recognize a new weekly winner...
Congratulations to the 1st Grade class for coming out on top with the highest average number of skills to proficiency! Your hard work, focus, and determination truly paid off this week!
We're proud of all our students for continuing to push themselves during this challenge. Every skill mastered is a step closer to being test-ready and confident!

Our elementary students are still going strong in the April IXL Challenge! 💻📘 Each week, classes and individual students compete to see who can master the most skills to a proficiency score of 80 — and the momentum is still going strong! 🚀
🏆 This week’s winning class:
5th Grade takes the crown again with an average of 66.4 skills to proficiency! Way to lead the way!
🌟 Top individual performers from each grade:
Kindergarten: Bennett – 150 skills
1st Grade: Josie – 90 skills
2nd Grade: Dathan – 131 skills
3rd Grade: Lico – 57 skills
4th Grade: Irelyn – 95 skills
