Scranton Public School

The annual Swing Choir Cafe Concert is Saturday April 18th at 7:00pm. To reserve a table, call Amy at the school office at 275-8266. Calling or stopping in is appreciated rather than Facebook and text messages. When you call, please have in mind the number of people you would like at your table. Admission is $7/adults and $5/students, which is payable the night of the concert. You are also welcome to sit in the bleachers. Get ready for another great night full of performances!

The Junior High track meet in Beach on April 20 has had the start time moved from 2:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Today's baseball game, April 16 at Belfield, has been moved up to 3:00 due to weather and dropping temperatures this evening.

Gateway to Science comes to Scranton. What a great day of exploring STEM activities for our students. Thank you Hope from Gateway to Science for your expertise in so many areas. Thanks to the Scranton Lions Club for sponsoring and volunteering for her event, as well as or other community volunteers for helping this great learning experience happen.

Today's (4/14/26) baseball game @ Washburn has been postponed. A make up date will be determined later.

Tomorrow we have the Gateway to Science coming to school to do what is called a StemZone. This has stations that students can explore different STEM activities. We want to thank the Scranton Lion's Club for sponsoring this great day of learning for our students. The Lion's club can provide 9 volunteers and we are in need of 13 total adults to put this on. The Scranton School is looking for 4 more volunteers to help run stations for this great activity. Setup begins at 12:00 noon and the students will go from station to station from 1:00-3:00. If anyone would like to help us out with this event, send Kelly Pierce a message at 701-523-6166. Thank you!
