As the weather continues to worsen the decision has been made to cancel practices this evening. Elementary basketball will have a short voluntary practice for any students not riding the bus home. Drive safe this evening!

Due to the postponement of our volleyball match in Killdeer tonight we have had to adjust our practice locations. Here are the practice locations for today:
Volleyball: in Hettinger
JH Boys Basketball: in Scranton
JH Girls Basketball: in Reeder
Elem. Boys Basketball: in Scranton and the Hettinger Little Gym
If weather conditions change and practices need to be changed again, we will let you know as soon as possible.

I could state this every day of the school year, but as winter weather is here I want to take the time to thank the bus drivers for your diligence in making sure the students of Scranton School arrive to school and home safely each and every day!

Tonight's volleyball match in Killdeer has been postponed to Monday October 30. The matches will start at 4:00 pm. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support of Night Hawk volleyball!

The State Cross Country Meet has been moved to a "one-day only" event due to the incoming winter storm. It will be run on Saturday October 28 in Jamestown. Class B Girls will run at 11:00 AM mountain time with Class B Boys and Class B Awards to follow.

Kinley, Kyan, and Kiley will represent Scranton in the Northwest Festival of Music at Minot State University.
Ella, Kinley, Kyan, Kiley, and Ali will represent Scranton at the Northern Plains Music Festival at Dickinson State University.

Congratulations to the FFA meats team. We traveled to Billings to participate in the meats contest. 150 participants. Dani was 11th, Layla was 3rd and Mackenzie was 23rd. We didn't have a full team so didn't place as a team.
